hi, does tms9910 belong to 9900 family?

It's actually TMS99105, and yes, it belongs to 9900 family.

More accurately, as described in the manual you provided a link to, it is a member of the TMS99000 family, which is a superset of the TMS9900 family, and will run TMS9900 object code.
