New chip in my collection:
Markings are not in good condition, at first I thought it's a fake. Then I turned the chip over I saw it's just a PGA package without die! -
Isn't it beautiful? My assumption is it's a mechanical sample, I don't know if my assuption is correct or not.

This processor doesn't look as good as Vinicio's IDT processor, this is why I think it's a mechanical sample, not marketing sample. Maybe Vinicio can post a picture if he already received a chip.
