old Panasonic Bussines Partner 250 Model bios

Help !

I have an old Panasonic Bussines Partner 250 Model and his bios is not in a chip, it is a file that stay in the HD. My HD is dead now, and i put a new one, but i have to reconfigure it with this bios file in the floppy and then save to the HD.

I searched in the web, altavista, google, panasonic's site but i could'nt find it.

Some one have it or know where i find it?

There are "setup programs" for Panasonic CF-250 notebook on this page:

I don't know if your model is CF-250, and if the setup program from this page has a BIOS.
