Does anyone forsee a problem with the following combination??

Biostar P4M800 Pro-M7 v8.0 motherboard
Intel E2160 processor

& either:

a) Corsair XMS2 2GB Dual Channel DDR2 800 SDRAM kit

or

b) OCZ (ATI Crossfire Certified Edition) DDR2 800 SDRAM 2GB kit

Also, if the mobo is flexible enough, I'm going to try my hand at overclocking the CPU. From what I've read online, the Intel E2160 is a very good candidate for OC'ing. Will the RAM I've listed be up to the OC task??

Any suggestions will be appreciated.......
