Is there also an area to look at markings or symbols? I think the double SS are Semiconductor. Got a couple that looks like periscope viewer with a bullseye. 3 + signs staggered on top of each other.

I am not sure where to put these, modern or vintage or collectibles?

I can take pics too but if you give me a general idea if these are even worth mentioning, I can post pics as well. General value would be good too.

Interesting ...I posted earlier to thank isa-d and Borris but it didnt get logged.

isa-d, with more information, I looked to see what general difference a microcontroller is versus a resistor. They look so similar.

Borris, great. The ones I referred to are made by Hitachi.
