Computer Shuts off on its own

I have an older emachines pc. I'm having a problem where the computer shuts down/off on its own; no warning, no error message, nothing. It just shuts off, not at any particular time. It just randomly shuts off.

Anybody know what could be wrong with it? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would check the cooling first off. Make sure the heatsink is clean.
