Hi,
I've just received a few chip saved from gold recovery, sad they are badly dameged. Can someone tell me something about theme?
1: IBM 5-chips MCM with desoldered top
2: IBM (?) 5-chips MCM with no top
3: White LLC HP chip
4: this is thery strange, is a sort of socket with a gel membrane and magnetic "chips" that you can move and reattach, there are some words on it "GEL-PAK", "H2O GP2B", "CHIPSENTRY" |

Got more information on the "chipsentry" it's a special carier for transport the bare die before they are attached on final package.
Btw I got one spare "chipsentry" and one HP white chip if some one wants theme just drop me a pm. |
