Hello everybody!!!
I understand that this will happen not tomorrow or next month. But some day it will happen! I propose to start discussing about the right time and place for this event
Vote for Kiev, Ukraine!
1. + It is easy to get visa
2. + Several flea markets with samovars, balalaykas, mobo and CPUs
3. +Cheap beer
4. +Lots of beautiful girls
5. +Equidistant from America and China, close to Europe.
6. +Many intersting historical places (Kiev is 1500 years old)
7. +(-) 90 km to Chernobyl
8. - Expensive hotels (maybe the situation will be changed after Euro2012 football) _________________ My Want List: http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22729

I have a friend. Hi is Norwegian but 7 last years living in Ukraine.
He was very disappointed after arrival to Kiev.
He bought dosimeter. It shown 17 microroentgen in Norway and 12 microroentgen here in Kiev . _________________ My Want List: http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22729

NBC suit and you're okay LOL but I'd like to see you having a drip after cheap fourth beer round...
Another reason is to go around the places where STALKER story is located
Some black market shopping, so Cpushack goes back home with a Kalashnikov, brand new, maybe romanian variant for 3x2 discount.
I can't see a reason not go, plus we have a personal tour guide!

Naples is the most dangerous city now (some hotels provide worthless plastic watches), Pisa, Rome and Milan are relatively safe (don't believe what italian politicians say, they don't believe it either...).
Iguana if I can have an uranium candy bar we have a deal with a handshake.
We joke with the nuclear power plant attraction Chernobyl, in fact it's funny but we know it hasn't been lots of fun in the past.
P.s. A two headed cow! Brahmin moo. (Fallout pc game) |

Cebit 2008 and Demotronic Open Day in same time is that what I can propose for serious meeting I will be there in 95%. I got email from Demotronic about that Open Day will be opened only if we will tell them how many of us are interested. Last time was to little of collectors ... _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

It's an "open day", implies one day only?
If so it isn't very interesting for me, the costs for a one day event rise too high. I'd go to London instead for a week.
Can't we do something in London, a pre-Kiev event? |
