I know the "MEGA-KB-F-WP" and "MEGA-KB-H-WP" are both P9042AHP with an AMI Mask ROM (see both here. The former is copyright 1985-1990, the latter 1985-1992.
I would suggest that the one shown above (which I ahve but had not yet got online) is the next in the "MEGA-KB" series, due to the '93 copyright.
