Appearance of processor AMD AXDA2400DKV3C AQXDA

Hi, All!

Has purchased such processor (AMD AXDA2400DKV3C AQXDA) with the purpose to alter it in AMD MP.
It has appeared, that on the processor crosspieces, except for L11 three crosspieces (a voltage 1.50 V), and L12 FSB 133 are closed all.
On the processor there are no four soft round elements on edges{territories} (have been never placed on textolite, textolite is pure{clean} and has no damages absolutely).

Question: it is not last all technological chain of manufacture at factory the processor?
