I sometimes see the 83MHz (33MHz bus) version. But the upgrade for 25MHz systems is hard to find. How rare are they?

The 83Mhz is a pentium upgrade. See here on this page:

In my experience I'd say all speeds 486 and pentium overdrives are common if you are not interested in spec.
As I collect all spec, there are only a few I dont have.  |
