Overclock e6400

currently I have a

Nforce 670 slit-a motherboard

Core 2 e6400 2.13ghz processor

1066.7mhz fsb and 533.3 mhz MEM speed ( I think my memory is able to go to 667)

I want to know how much i can overclock and what voltage i need to put it at if someone can help me because i hear there is a certain way you need to set all the things.
