AMD 486plus sample

an AM486plus alpha sample is added to my collection
search of the AMD site revealed 486plus is one of AMD internal code
but i cant find what alpha sample is

Hi,
I've already saw the "alpha sample" on a AMD cpu, It was an Elan SC400 if I remember well, maybe for AMD this is the way to label their revision 1 of the chip or the first production batch.

Btw very nice cpu

when i saw this chip ( the"alpha") , i felt dejavu
i just canot remember where i have seen it
so it is Pinkie's elan
