Hi
along with the AM486plus
i also got this M1 pair
the first one is M1 2.4
the 2nd one is M1 2.5
they are quite the same
but the print of the bottom differ

besides , does the IBM9314 mean something?

The part number of them are different.
So, looks like they have different speed or/and revision.

Nice chip, but Iam sure that it`s not Data Code, this marking 9314 is on all IBM 6x86 cpus
