Hi,
here you can find more info : http://www.sparcproductdirectory.com/view55.html

a little extract from the link above :

"1995 - Fujitsu owned HAL Computer launched the industry's first workstations based on a 64 bit CPU, HAL's independently designed first generation SPARC64. HAL's workstations did run Solaris, but failed to make a dent in the Sun compatible market. Within a few years, Fujitsu closed down HAL and merged its server and chip technology into the short lived Fujitsu Technology Solutions, which then became Fujitsu Computer Systems."

Hal Computer Systems Ltd is working on a fourth generation, 1,000MHz implementation of its 64-bit Sparc64 RISC called Denali it claims will outperform Intel Corp's second-generation IA-64 part, the 1,000MHz McKinley. Hal and Intel have both named their 1,000MHz (1GHz) parts after North America's highest peak which the native Athabascan people named Denali, meaning 'the high one.' Hal, the Fujitsu Ltd-owned Sparc shop, say it's looking at a variety of techniques to accelerate Sparc's performance without breaking binary compatibility with the current Sparc V9 architecture definition.

Is there anyone could provide picture of HAL sparc?
Never seen one yet.
