Advice on upgrade

Hi everyone,

I have a Pentium 4 1800 (Wilamette) in an MSI 845 Ultra-C (Intel 845, DDR266) mainboard.
I want to change this mainboard, mainly because it still has USB1.1.

The choices are:

Soltek SL-85DRV5 (VIA P4X266E, DDR266), with one of:
Pentium 4 1800 (Wilamette, FSB400)
Mobile Pentium 4-M 1700 @ 1600 (Northwood, FSB533, 133*12)

ECS K7VTA3 V6.0 (VIA KT333, DDR333) with Athlon XP 2000+ (Thoroughbred)

Which combination do you think is more powerful?
