I have been trying unsuccessfully to identify an IBM chip so I thought I would focus on the bottom since the top isn’t revealing any information.

Does anyone know what UCT might stand for? Or MC? The UCT and the MC are stampled in solder. I did notice a triangle on the top of the chip so it might be a mil-spec. Any ideas are appreciated because I am stumped. 
