Chaintech 6OIV2 help!!!

ok, i bought the motherboard of ebay about a year or so ago and it worked perfectly, overclocked it from 1gig to 1.2 @ 160fsb, most usually dont gothis high so i was amazed, but now i just thought id replace my dads old shitty p2b-s with it, it wont post, just shows the monitor light blinking and somtimes when i reinsert the motherboard power supply cable, it gives me a long beep, then a short pause n the same long beep, is my motherboard dead??
