My last find is soviet flat ceramic chip К582ИК2
One russian reference manual points that it's a 4-bit I2L TI SBP0400 clone.
What is SBP0400 ? Is it BSP ? _________________ My Want List: http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22729

Very nice find there. If you have another I`d be interested.
It`s a 4-bit bit slice processor
Manufactured by Texas Instruments |
