CPU - over clocking

Hi i have a Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz ii am currently running the CPU Clock Speed at 2793.0 MHz and Clock multiplier by 199.5MHz x 14.0.
i was wondering is it possible to over lock this at approx 249MHz x 16 or iis that to much if so could u tell me what would be best and am posssible to do all this via the BIOS settings thank you
