I need a new motherboard for my sempron 2800+ (SDA2800DUT3D). What is the best motherboard for socket 462? What do you think about A7V880 and A7v600-F?
old motherbord: a7n8x-e, and i use agp8x and 2x SATA. Thanks. |

NF7 is the best. Not the NF7-S2G or any other extension. Best by far.
For the price, though, upgrade to LGA775. |

Abit NF7 2.0 is very good, but Epox 8RDA3+ offers better value for money. The DFI Lanparty NFII isn't very popular but it's a Pro (with a capital P) mobo, especially when it comes to ram settings.
Personally I had an Epox 8rda3i (almost cheapest version) and managed to overclock my 1700+JUIHB up to 2496mhz stable, ram PC400@~480 (cheap elixir), agp@112mhz - nice and cheap version has worse capacitors than the rda+ version so dont buy it
