i think the printing is ok
the printing of the plastic pentium is very easy to be damaged by heat or friction ( compare with the ceramic pentium)

there was some discussing about Q140 before

ceramic q140 is fake and it is faked by taiwanese Smile

edit :
i mean your first Q140
the 2nd Q140's font is very strange
besides i guess your first Q140 is also from Taiwan (or ever used by taiwanese )

yes , as you already know , year 86 means 1997 here in Taiwan

Therefore
your plastic q140 : 8610 , possible mean 1997-10 ,and Han is possible chinese character"漢''
nikko's Q140 8701 means 1998-1 , with another chinese character "上“
the mad's 86xx means 1997
