am im gonna buy parts for cpu and assemble them can you give me a good gaming spec my budget is 15k-18k

I think he is going to purchase the parts for a high-end gaming PC.

Maybe two QX9750 ($1500 Each) a Skultray MB, 8 Gb of 800MHz FB-Dimm ram and 2 AMD/ATI HD3800 X2 ....

18000 Yen = 180 USD
In that case there is only one possible option - PlayStation 2.
