T5200 is a socket M CPU, and P8400 is a socket P CPU. So, the P8400 won't work in this notebook. The fastest, that MAY work is Core 2 Duo mobile T7600.

I have a T7500 chip that you may be interested in.
I believe it is a working pull from a board.

(1) Intel SLAF8 Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile T7500 $25.00

Let me know if you are interested in it. Shipping to most
places by USPS mail is $5.00.

That's also a socket P CPU, and it's not compatible with his notebook.
