the IIT 4C87-DLC 40 is missing in the database! my friend had one and i managed to make a photo of it, unfortuynately of poor quality

It's on both this site and chipdb.rg. Was there another database you meant?

hahaha! my mistake! 
all this time, even when WRITING the topic name I thought it was a 4C86 not a 4C87!
Must be going blind or something, haha!
