09G9620 Looks like an IBM part number, the date code on the top also matches the format used on IBM 2nd source. Can anyone shed any more info on this chip please? Thank you.






Most likely a SX678 judging by the bottom cover.

Nice chip! I have been trying to find one of these for quite awhile It is certainly a IBM part number.

I still don't know what the PI R P or in some cases PI AP stands for but I do have some thoughts.

I'd say the PI J B is a SX467 by looking at the markings and the bottom shape. Also note they are both solder pulls.

Notice the PI is constant.. the other two characters seem to indicate the chip. Would be great to know what the letters stand for.
