I've just listed a few more CPUs, please have a look :

There's 2 IBM 6x86 PR300 - one runs at 3.5 x 66MHz the other 3.0 x 75MHz. Thst makes one run at 231MHz the other at 225MHz ? Strange ?
I've also listed a few SPARCs, and a MB86933-20, which I think is a SPARC core unless anyone can put me right.
I will combine postage and packing as it expensive these days from the UK. If you let me know you come from this site I'll include in a few extra CPUs/ICs.
