SONY FX-215 CPU Upgrade HELP!!

My tired old sony needs a new cpu and I could really use some help finding a faster compatable one! It now has an AMD Duron 800 mhz processor and I would like to kick it up into the 1400-1800 mhz range. I've checked out some of the cpus here, but am not sure about the Vcore values. How critical is it? Most of the ones that I think would work have a Vcore of 1.45v and my old AMD Duron has 1.6v +/- 0.1v and I don't know if my motherboard has an adjustment for this voltage. Any ideas out there? Thanks, rkman
