Intel SL5QJ, 1000/256/133/1.75: tualatin or coppermine core?

I have this Intel Pentium III CPU, it shows 1000/256/133/1.75 (SL5QJ), it has heat spreader like tualatin ones but it voltage is 1.75V. Is it tualatin or coppermine core? Thanks for reply.
