| is it worth me flashing my bios or updating it because my processer is not reconied if so do you know any good sites thanks |

Your motherboard manufacturer's website is only place, and you MUST make sure the BIOS update is an exact match for your board. Any mistakes will render your motherboard pretty much useless. Before anything, make sure a newer BIOS will in fact add your new processor to the supported CPU list.
