CPU upgrade ...... help

well to start when I purchased the eMachine laptop off ebay I was interested in the fact it was all black .... lol no not really I liked it was an AMD model I always had better luck with them, and the bonus was it was an S1 socket (possible upgrades)
to begin from factory it had a AMD Mobile Sempron 3200+ and 512mb memory, I have changed that it now has an AMD Turion MK-36 and 2gb memory, (website scans and even everest thinks it is now a gateway MT3418) I also updated the Bios to the 79.10 version found on emachines/gateway website ( I also tweaked it some with the phoenix bios editor)


so now to the nitty gritty and any info would be helpful

I purchased a dual core processor from a beat down laptop .... AMD Turion TL-52 64 X2 .... I installed it and the emachines logo comes up and I can get into bios (and it reads that the CPU is a TL-52) but if I let it finish booting it says "FATAL ERROR !!! Please change CPU!!!" I am not a computer expert and I am really just experimenting with this emachines ... more or less ... But I would love to be able to put this CPU in and have it work... any one have any ideas, can I adjust the bios to use this cpu since it reads it, any other ways or ideas.

I just want the bragging rights to say hey you wanna upgrade a laptop .... it can be done ....
