Upgrade from Celeron D356 to Pentium 4?

Hi all-
Im new to this forum. Ive come here as a result of needing to upgrade my pc for installation of some audio editing applications.

I currently have installed on my system:
Motherboard: Intel D101GGC Chipset: ATI Radeon Express 200
Processor: Intel Celeron D356, bus speed 533 MHz, socket LGA775.

Question is......which Pentium 4 processors would be compatible with my motherboard? Do I need to go with something with a 533MHX bus speed, or can I upgrade to something with 800MHz bus speed?
Please help......i havent been able to find much online.
