Photos im not sure about, but genna has made the data available for using on other sites like ebay.
Check the "Get HTML Code" here for example... http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/K8/AMD-Athlon%2064%202800%2B%20-%20ADAAA2800ACN5.html
"You can use CPU and S-spec information from this site in short term (10 days or less) auctions. Please see Terms and conditions for more information. To insert CPU / S-Spec information into the auction description please change visual style using "Options" section, copy the HTML code from the text area below and add it to the auction description:" _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Now over 6000 different chips in the database. |

Someone have used my photo of unique BenQ-Siemens SL98 and told me to piss off from him when I tried to push him to remove picture from auction. I have contacted three times eBay in Poland. They don't care about auctions in Germany because they only support polish auctions and they asked to me to contact with german ebay admins. Ok german support center of ebay do not understand english and have problems with understand a few easy german words - they simple asked me to contact with polish ebay. The lady on online help thought I'm doing joke with writing in english .... ok that made me "a bit" angry at the end. Seller have sold item with stolen picture and everybody are happy. Thank you eBay for so kind of help _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

When I had a problem with ebay layout, I got an answer sounding like I were the idiot. In fact there was a bug in their pages and you couldn't revert to "classic" style layout.
They don't care the least, and paypal service in even worse as they just don't give any crap... as in another thread posted here a few days ago.
They want your money, that's all they care about.
As long as they can procrastinate to make your will dim down, they'll ask for pics of your puppies or to try a duck stew... and your Cpu scan is up, your money lost for a fraudalent complain on pp.
Goodmorning by the way. |

Top tip for dealing with ebay sellers using pictures they do not own.
So you have identified a culprit. You have a numebr of options.
1) get a hard on and go all Rambo. Ebay doesnt really care, if you are lucky the seller will change the pic after you point it out.
2) in the unlikely event he is a link thief, try get the the link image changed, and then bid on the item.
3) Buy the item and complain, file a paypal/ebay dispute when the item is "not as described". This also works with option (2).
4) Ignore it.
5) Post it here aftwerwards so we can all laugh.
6) Go get laid, or second best, have a wank.
7) Do 1,2,3,5 & 6.
Option 6 is the best course of action for most things in life. |

You may suffer eye damage if I post that sort of stuff. Especially if you are wearing 3-D glasses. |

Is this OK?? |
Yes, it's ok if images are not modified. It's easier for me to allow people to use pictures and descriptions for short-term auctions, than to waste time writing threatening e-mails to eBay sellers.
