Recently I got some very nice white ceramic chips for my collection.

Picture 1: A set of 1101 RAM chips
Picture 2: Motorola MC14581CL (ALU)

These three ALUs are the stars of my collection. I got them on eBay for 1.00 EUR / piece Very Happy
I never saw a white Morotola chip with "rounded" ceramic package.

Does somebody have a white ceramic motorola (of any sort) with rounded corners in his / her collection?

I was also very surprised - the seller listed one piece on eBay and I was the single bidder. After a week another ALU was listed and I purchased it with the same result. And the third one was purchased directly from the seller outside eBay. It's very strange that nobody saw these two 10-days auctions on eBay Germany!

Sorry, but these are not for sale. I'm looking for the fourth one to complete the 16-Bit set Very Happy
Unfortunately the seller who sold me the ALUs had only these three pieces.

Hehe a flock of white chips.

Here's my recent show and tell:

2 of these will be for sale (probably on eBay, to be fair and get a market value)
I can't seem to find a guide price for these... what are they worth? (PS. desoldered but full length legs)

The first CPU is a MC6809 in white ceramic, the only Motorola CPU (no bit slice or controller) I know, without round cap

second is an AMD C8080 (note not C8080A)
bought some weeks ago, 10 euro

sorry for the bad picture
