Got this little piece on eBay a couple of weeks ago. With it a unmarked ES/MS of some sort. Love it!

Do you know which core is printed on the wafer?

Nope, the seller (who are a design engineer at AMD) got it from a colleague and its only mentioned as a early pre production AMD K7. The second generation with on board cache, ie first PGA:s.

Well, it could also be a sample of an Athlon MP processor. The first ones where made with a ceramic PGA package:
