im hoping you guys can fill some gaps here:

i spent a few hours trying to dig up info on this chip. i cant find a transistor count for the life of me. the closest thing ive found is 'roughly 1/4 the transistors of a pentium 3' .. circa 2000, so im guessing around 6.5 million?

also, if anyone knows when these stopped production (or if they even have) thatd be great too.. im pretty sure ive got the rest of the info nailed
