i noticed something not right in my database, when adding a SL39Z Celeron 400 SEPP into my database
It was the only Malay produced SEPP package using a L as the plant code.. all the others used 9
So decided to check it more closely & noticed that the text panel had been remarked.
So long story short... after playing with the text panel my Malay made 400/100 turned into a Costa Rica made 266/66
Not wanting to play with the text panel too much.. but i suspect it is a large die cap NO Cache SL2YN
I will get around to testing it as soon as possible.. to see if the fakers managed to able the cache.. or just didnt care _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Looks like the label was taped over the real text?
Did you remove it all the way to see the original print? _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html |

the second pic is as far as i went for now... rather than destroy all the fake markings.
I can make out just thru the text panel... ICA (for Costa Rica) following the fake MALAY _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

You don't expect a fake to use either an incorrect clock or bus speed, so it is easy to overlook it. I'm going to check these in future. Good lesson _________________ My former Intel collection:
