I think you have the best photos through all CPU-collecting pages (sorry to all others)

poor your wife (if you spend all nights beside your chips) Laughing

I think you will find the the 166 SY016 markings you uncovered on your A80502200 SU046 fake are fake Laughing

I suspect the faker remarked the chip to a 166... then remarked again to a 200.
It looks like the top of the chip was ground first.. marked as a 166.. then painted and remarked as a 200.

The correct chip markings should be under the new paint layer on the die cap.
I would expect the real chip underneath will be a 120 SY027 or a 133 SY028 made after week 41 1996 Very Happy

This is on the presumption that all the pics in the article are of the same chip Shocked

Compared to nakeds my pictures are maybe a 2 out of 10.

i opened the "complete systems" section on my website and
first i added a old calculator with nice white ceramic chips and nixie
tubes.
