yah.. knowing cpushack I Suspect this is the MEGA HYPER RARE Military Intel ES/QS 80486 200Mhz 1Meg cache, EMP hardened etc... lol
with the sspec K1KASS
I speculate the top markings...

Would say IBM too 'cause of the casing... Looks like IBM's 386... But I thought they only made "classical" ceramic packages for 486...
