I found these two P-Pro's in a Compaq server today.
SL22Z, 1998, week 16 & week 18
Are these the newest S-specs?

the newest i have listed in a collection is a SL259 week 13 1998.

can you take a betta pic of the pros... mainly interested in the engraved markings.
If you cant take the pic without a flash.. can put a tissue over the flash to reduce the flash flares off the shiny part of the engravings

So mine are the newest, at least for now? Smile

Sorry my flash isn't helping. The flash on my compact Olympus FE-130 stopped working after I lent it out to my wife's boss... Mad wish I knew how to fix it! Any hints?

Here are new pics for the NEON_WA Archives:

The L818...... has P-Code of E722439RAB Malay
L816...... has 1722135RAC Malay
Can you interpret the codes?

BTW, did the Tsunami hit OZ today? SAD about Chile..(at least no CPU members there to worry about) Sad

Well, my newest PPro's are two SL25A, made in week 06/1998. But also their die's are much older: The production codes on bottom are beginning with 1718..., so the die's are from week 18/1997..

I will take a look on some other PPro's (4x 200 MHz/512 k and 4x 166 MHz/512 k), build into my ProLiant servers, but I guess they are from 1997.

@post #1: By the way: I also got two SL22Z, the date codes there are 09/1997 (die: 48/1996) and 17/1997 (die: 07/1997).

This reminded me of a bunch of Ppros i raided out of bunch of servers at work. I intended to save only one, but when looking at the serial, i kept them all. Perhaps will this become collectable some day, having a series?

Edit: They are SL22Z:s
