SZ950, SX950 or both on a P66?

Bought a Pentium 66 Mhz with sSpec SX950. In this list http://www.cpu-museum.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1133&highlight=fdiv
it says that SZ950 has the FDIV bug. Is there a SZ950 sSpecID or is it a typing error and should be SX950?

SX950 and SZ950 both are Pentium 66.
