About the brown box ...... I saw two in hong knog, although they are opened, but the shrunkwrap still on the box and displayed in the shop. Actually they are boxed pentium with gold heatspreader, one is p75 , another is p90, too bad I'm unable to get a picture of them before the shop went out of business and the boxes got trashed! Crying or Very sad

I had attepted to save the box by buying it, but the shop owner insisted me that it is only a cardboard box and refuse to sell it, so, no luck.

I believe I have the same experience happened on ShamShuiPo last year. Now I regret not to insist to buy the Original Pentium Box at any price. Now the shop is gone as well as the box.

The BP Pentium CPU I have is listed as follows:

PCPU3V75(SZ977)
BP80502-75(SZ994)
PCPU3V75(SZ994)
PCPU3V90(SZ978)
PCPU3V90(SZ995)
PCPU3V100(SZ996)

BP80502120(SU033)
BP80502133(SL25L)
BP80502133(SU030)
BP80502133(SU073)
BP80502166(SU072)

BP80503166(SL23T)
BP80503166(SL23X)
BP80503166(SL2HU)

Anyone who want a BP Pentium please tell me the spec you want to bc@cmhk.com. I'll buy them for you if I find on Hong Kong famous second hand market - ShamShuiPo.

Some of them probably don't exist as they stopped production before the part number change.

Like SZ951, SZ977 & SZ978 will only be available as PCPU3Vxxx part

Ones I see missing are the 2 PCPU5V6x that didnt have a sSpec
also SZ994, SZ995 & SZ996 were available in PCPU3V, BP80502-xxx & BP80502xxx parts

How many collectors have the 75 and 90 with attached heatsink? These seem to be rarer than hens teeth.

I am aware of 5 x Box 75s & 3 x Box 90s in collections.. but there are maybe more.

For some reason most seem to have come out of Poland... as most other countries had already moved onto P100s & P133s

The FDIV PCPU3V90 i found locally is probably rarer.. so there is always hope to find other hard to find Box Pentiums Smile

Old topic posted in 2005.

Now Classic Pentium cpu or older cpu can't be found in Shamshuipo. (I believe most of them is thrown to robbish bin).

I do regret not to take over every classic pentium on 2003-05. Now they almost disappear in Hong Kong. HK people will be surprise when you find you're a cpu collector.

I have boxed p75 SU070 with old (without hologram) in my collection. And I live in Poland. It is very interesting that they can be found mostly here.
