yep... he is buying up big
i presume he is not part of the forum.. as he hasnt bought off any forum member ebay sales.. apart from a single purchase from gmanbc & johnorun last year
strange thing all his purchases are in the US & Canada even thou he is registered in France
and one of his first purchases in 2002 was off Genna... n it didnt go to well
looks like he was a bad boy.. in his early days on ebay
so if he is on this forum.. he wont probably own up to being superfred _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Well I just lost 6 auctions this morning to him and 5 previous auctions, and I wasn't exactly low ball bidding. I think I'll just go away and cry into my lunch.... _________________ My former Intel collection:

yes the bidding lately on sort after chips has gone crazy.. just look at that MCS-4 set that finished this morning
for the past month i haven't even really bothered with auctions.. and just keeping my eyes open for cheap BINs.. but even they have got thin on the ground. _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Sorry you lost to him, Smithy, but rest knowing that he is a formidable buyer of chips and other Electronic stuff.
I just researched him and it looks like he has spent Thousands of $$ on Ebay in just the month of March!
Price is no object to his DEEP pockets.
However, I was happy to be on the receiving end of his generosity in a couple of Ebay transactions last year. _________________ My collection list (growing) http://johnorun.x86-guide.com/en/collection.html |

I also noticed that the high bidder of the MCS-4 set (r***r) has been buying up stuff extremely aggressively over the past months. He seems to go for the most rare and historically important items. Must have similarly deep pockets as superfred78 |
