I'm going to make a CPU's dies research.
I had several soviet CPUs (chipped, desoldered... ect) for it.
Here are (were) some of them:
i8088 - Z80 MME
i80C85 - DEC
i8080

First real result. KM1818BM01A - SIGNETICS 8X300 CPU clone.

The most interesting is the MME 80A. If you don't need it anymore, I would like to have an eye on it with a microscope...

Soviet chips have welded caps.
I have tried to use blowtorch. Chip was going to be red but never opened.
