Replace it with a bunch of passive P3 Xeon heatsinks Smile

To be more serious, if it's only a little leakage, there are some additive to pour with the cooling liquid that are supposed to fill the hole where it leaks (if it's small). It's not a good idea on a recent car, but on an old one on which you don't plan big repairs, it can be a cheap solution.

Hope it'll help...

Do you mean that big ass radiator in the front of your car?

Check out these tips..

http://www.radiator.com/article-radiator-leak.html

check out google for more.

Points to note that putting anything other than the liquid that is supposed to be in there can cause more problems in the future.

JB-Weld looks like magical glue. Disassebling and assembling car's radiator will take a lot time for me so I prefer to give radiator to make welding by experience service. 12 years old car and that is standard especially at my jumping diesel motor. I'm sure of that I need JB-Weld in my first aid box Wink

I have read about magical powders which fills the holes in radiator but after reading on some forums IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED because :

1) works shortly
2) decreases heater efficiency or even blocks internal flow in heater

That powder is good when you are 1000 km from home and you cann't get cheap help by other methods - ok you can get powder on any gas station.

Call 1-800-RADIATOR
They saved me lots of $$ for the radiator itself. Maybe not available in Europe though?
