I have two unidentical ram sticks rated at 512mb in single channel config.(DDR2-667) that reads 1gb total system memory. what's the difference in performance if you'll select two identical ram modules (512mbx2) in dual channel config that also has 1gb total system memory? Are they the same in terms of performance?? Please help.. thanks.
