Strange Cyrix

H everyone out there. I recently found an interesting chip:
It is packaged as 80386, has Cyrix(r) on top of it in gold; and nothing else.
On the back side -
(c)(m)1993 CyrixUSA
JAPAN
ABB419F

And that is all. It was without a motherboard, so I can not tell if it is a cpu or an fpu.
If you do know anything about this stuff, post here pls.

Does it look as any of these, just without white markings? -

I suspect you have Cyrix Cx486DRx² upgrade processor - they have 1993 copyright and have those 7-letter codes. Cyrix Cx486DLC have 1992 copyright, so it's definitely not them.

That is unusual, I have collected data on alot of these, and your is by far the latest ABB, ABB is a rare prefix as is.

They all should be Japan made, probably TI dies but I am still trying to run down the info.
