FC-PGA 2 4 compatibility

Hi,
I would like to replace a P4 FC-PGA2 processor with a P4 FC-PGA4 ... I'm getting rid of one of my old Dell computers and trying to combine some parts into one. Are these 2 packaging types compatible? Also, would the other differences pose a problem?
