Just saw Hugo's "broken cyrix, broken heart Sad" topic...
It reminds me I have a broken heart too. Sad
A couple days ago I've got great chip in terrible condition.

Heatspreader keep all of these parts together so when you open it - will be destroyed completely. I had Samsung Alpha in similar condition and I used superglue to merge parts together - works fine.
