Here's my sample 7445 which is labeled as "7440" on the chip.

Not the best pictures, and this CPU has seen better days. This is from my iMac G4 prototype unit, which I got from a computer recycling company.

Any idea how rare these are? I see quite a few intel ES on ebay, but I've yet to see a single powerpc ES.

seen a few PowerPC ES, but not such as yours I'd guess $50, more to a Apple collector
